Is this the official Claude / GPT API?+
Yes. We provide official APIs for Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Zhipu GLM and other top models, accessed through a secure relay with full feature parity. Because of regional policy restrictions some users cannot reach the official endpoints directly, so we offer globally available access.
What is a token? How is it counted?+
A token is the basic unit AI models use to process text. Roughly 1 token โ 4 English characters, or 1 token โ 1.5โ2 Chinese/Japanese characters. Both input and output are counted. Billing is based on actual usage, fully transparent.
What if I don't use up my balance? Does it expire?+
Credits never expire. Unused balance remains on your account for future use, or you can share it with friends.
Why does usage spike sometimes?+
Consumption depends on conversation length and model tier. Long conversations and complex tasks cost more. Claude Opus consumes roughly 5ร more than Claude Sonnet. Keep prompts concise when possible.
Any benefits for new users?+
New users receive $0.5 free credits on registration. Users signing up with an invite code get $1 (extra +$0.5). Inviters earn 5% of the invitee's first recharge. Minimum top-up is $0.99.

Which AI models are supported?+
We support GPT-5.4, GPT-5.3-Codex, Claude Opus 4.6, Claude Sonnet 4.6, Claude Haiku 4.5, GLM-5.1, GLM-5 and other top-tier models, continuously updated.
How are you different from the official services?+
Official services are not available in every region. Our service is globally accessible, charged by actual usage with no monthly lock-in, and up to 40% cheaper than official pricing.
Does it work with Claude Code and Codex?+
Fully supported. Both Claude Code and Codex work through our API. See the
Setup Guide for configuration.
Can I use it on multiple devices?+
Yes, up to 2 devices simultaneously per user (e.g. laptop + phone). Just set the Base URL and API Key on each device.
Can multiple people share one account?+
No. Sharing an account across multiple users risks upstream suspension. Please use one account per person.

What payment methods are accepted?+
We accept Alipay and stablecoin payments. Top-ups take effect immediately and the balance never expires.
Will I be auto-charged?+
No. We use a pre-paid model โ you top up, and usage is deducted from your balance. When the balance runs out the service pauses. Nothing is auto-charged.
Can I get an invoice?+
We are an overseas company and cannot issue Chinese personal invoices. A receipt can be provided on request for business reimbursement. For invoicing needs please contact support and our China branch will follow up.
